MY Game Predictions

I know it might be a little too early to predict what might happen in next years league results, but based off of what's returning and what I saw, I should be able to make some spot on predictions. I'll edit some picks in when the new games arrive.

Football:

Desales: W 27-24 -- Are you kidding me? This will be a very tough matchup for any team to play DeSales with their mighty passing offense. However, no passing team had any success against a defense that ranked #1 in the state in passing defense. Colfax breaks a sweat gallon, but wins.

Pomeroy: W 41-14 -- Pomeroy started out the year 1-4, but finished with a 5 game winning streak. The Pirates now have to travel to Colfax to take us on. Look for a stout Colfax team to handle the young Pirates.

Reardan: W 36-17 -- Reardan will come in tough and prepared for a Colfax team that routed them earlier in the year. However with a lack of athletes at Reardan, it wouldn't shock me if Colfax put up all 36 points before halftime.

Springdale: W 39-20 -- Springdale will come in much improved from last year. Don't let the scoreboard lie, but out of the 41 members on the Chargers roster, 27 of them are Juniors or Seniors..but a rout is certain to happen.

Davenport: W 51-17 -- Davenport will only lose two major players..off of a team that went 1-9 the year before. I hate to break it, but this will be one of the easier "cupcake" games on the schedule.

Liberty: W 55-9 -- I know my Liberty like I know my Colfax; It's mighty hard to find football players up in Spangle after a large graduation class. Look for the Lancers to again freelance because of the weak amount of talent.

Republic: W 49-12 -- The Tigers will not simply bow down in this matchup. I'm think that this will end just the other matchup lsst year.

Lind-Ritzville: W 35-10 -- Read the Ritzville Gazette on how we "cheated" to earn this victory. Good thing this game will be played in Colfax, where things won't be getting ugly..on Colfax.
